We are an independent HR Service and Consulting company established through merger of Wolf & Bühl und HTMC Management Consultants in 2000.

In close cooperation with the management and the employees of our clients we develop and introduce practicable solutions, which are taken care of continuously on demand.

Our main consultance service is in the field of human relation as your external human resources service centre. Additionally, we work in the fields of coaching and mediation. Resulting from the work with our clients we have enlarged and offered our competent know-how in the fields of project management, cost-analysis and interim-management.

We have interdisciplinary knowledge not restricted to one branch. If required, we complete our performance through additional specialists thus offering complete solutions.

Diplom-Psychologe Robert Bühl

R. Buehl

Born 1949, co-founder of impleo, certified Psychologist (University of Heidelberg). He is entrepreneur after having gained substantial experience in leading positions in industry, consulting and in a very well renowned bank as manager of Personnel and Organisational Development area with about 25 experts in this section.

Wide-ranged experience he gained during the course of more than 70 complex turn-around-projects in an international environment mostly in medium sized and large enterprises. In 1997 he became elected as lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Kempten up to now holding seminars in Applied Organisational Psychology and Change Management on a regular basis. At the Universitiy of the Balearic Islands he is holding lectures on Human Resources Management as a Guest Professor.

Scientific works besides operational enterprise management of impleo GmbH. concentrates at the moment on intercultural comparisons of management attitudes and productivity and "Personality Development as an entrepreneurial investment".

Main focus as Managing Director of impleo GmbH innovative HR- Management, Munich, is on Sales and IT, Human Resources-On-Demand and Strategy.

Claudia Spangler born in 1969, after having been in a leading position in Personell Development of a medium sized automotive supplier, she decided to get independent in 1999 focusing on Organizational Development, training and coaching. She is head of several sucessful and important projects in industrial enterprises, IT, telecommunications and media section. Her strengths and key points are the revision, the development and implementation of human resources processes as well as individual coaching and training of senior management, department heads and management trainees. Frequent training issues are leadership style and personal effectiveness as well in group sessions as in individual coachings.

   
   
   

Günther H. Schust, Diplom-Kaufmann(Univ.) - Partner

University studies in political economy and industrial management. Universities of Tübingen and Regensburg.

Professional career: Electronic and consumer goods industry (10 years): Assistant to the director finance and controlling; to the president and CEO. Human resources manager, central staff office foreign operations. Employed Management consultant and project manager until 1993 within the wellknown german Consultancies Kienbaum, Baumgartner & Partners.

Since 1994 Human resources consultant and trainer in medium sized enterprises, e.g.: electronics, engineering, automotive, medical technology, communications.

Main experiences: Planning and performing of Human performance management and competences development. International Personnel recruitment, evaluation, selection and integration. Realization of performance heighten programms. Culture change management. Potential- and management audits.

Professorships: University of St.Gallen / Switzerland, LM University of München and University of applied Sciences Kempten. Trainer within the Management Academie Bad Harzburg / Germany.
